Modern Slavery Statement

1. Our Commitment

Team KR Limited is committed to conducting business ethically and with respect for human rights. We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking or exploitation in our business or supply relationships.

2. Status of This Statement

This statement is published voluntarily to explain the measures Team KR takes to reduce modern-slavery and human-trafficking risk. Unless and until the statutory criteria apply to Team KR, it is not intended to imply that the company is legally required to publish a statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

3. Our Business

Team KR Limited provides pre-booked private hire passenger journeys, including airport transfers and local minicab journeys. Our registered office and operating/contact address is Office 1.19-1.20, Res Co-work 21, Regus Heathrow, 450 Bath Road, Longford, Heathrow, London UB7 0EB.

4. Our Supply Chain and Risk Areas

Our supply relationships may include licensed private hire drivers and vehicle owners, subcontracted licensed operators where lawful, vehicle/maintenance providers, insurers, payment processors, technology and communications suppliers, accountants and office/service providers.

We recognise that transport and labour-intensive supply chains can create risks such as coercion, unlawful deductions, document retention, excessive working hours, debt bondage, sham arrangements or exploitation of migrant workers. We take a proportionate risk-based approach to these issues.

5. Due Diligence and Controls

• We only allocate or subcontract passenger work through arrangements that are intended to comply with applicable private hire licensing requirements.
• We verify driver and vehicle licensing information and carry out the checks required by our licence conditions, law and internal onboarding procedures.
• We maintain appropriate records of drivers, vehicles, booking/dispatch staff and suppliers where required.
• We expect workers, drivers and suppliers to be treated lawfully and fairly and to be free from forced labour, threats, coercion and unlawful withholding of identity documents or earnings.
• We may suspend, investigate or end a supplier/working relationship where credible evidence of modern slavery, trafficking or serious labour exploitation is identified, subject to safeguarding the affected person and any legal reporting duties.
• Where appropriate, concerns may be referred to the police, the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline, a licensing authority or another competent body.

6. Raising a Concern

A driver, worker, supplier, passenger or member of the public can raise a concern confidentially by emailing teamkrlimited@gmail.com or calling 020 3916 6058. A person should call 999 where there is immediate danger or a crime in progress.

We will not knowingly retaliate against a person for raising a genuine concern in good faith.

7. Training and Awareness

We provide proportionate awareness to relevant staff and booking/dispatch personnel so they understand how to identify and escalate potential exploitation concerns. We will review the need for additional training as the business grows or risk changes.

8. Monitoring Effectiveness

We review modern-slavery risk through matters such as onboarding/renewal checks, reported concerns, supplier issues, licensing information and any investigations. We will strengthen controls where a material risk or weakness is identified.

9. Approval and Review

This voluntary statement is approved on behalf of Team KR Limited by a director and will be reviewed periodically and at least when there is a material change to the business or supply chain.
